 To continuing the win streak of 11 match India faced off Sri Lanka in 3rd and final T20 on the same venue. Sri Lanka win the toss and elected to field first and as usual after winning series India made four changes Ishan Kishan was not available Mohammed Siraj, Avesh Khan, Kuldeep Yadav and Ravi bishnoi replaced Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Yuzi Chahal. Indian pacers just throwing fire in power play or practicing first test match they limited Sri Lankan Score 18 with 3 wickets in bags in powerplay. Sri Lankan batter showed intent for huge score because last match total was not defendable for them. Only captain played crucial and fast inning of 74 runs. Top four batter didn't cross single digit figure. Sri lanka able to put total of 146 runs on the board at the end of 120th ball of inning.

Once again Rohit Sharma didn't looked good and got out cheaply. Sanju Samson hits 3 four but not able to made it big. Once Again man in form, unbeatable, unstoppable and classy Shreyas Iyer showed his brilliance and played knock of 73 not out. Deepak Hooda and Ravindra Jadeja Contributed with their small innings but not Venkatesh Iyer. And Indian white washed series and scoreline is three and nil. Shreyas Iyer awarded as man of the match and man of the series too on making three consecutive half tons and his one of the best series. India stand shoulder to shoulder with Afghanistan in the record that is most consecutive win in T20I. Rohit Sharma became most successful captain at home T20.
