 In home T20 season India Played their 2nd T20 against Sri Lanka in Dharamshala after horribly Defeating them in Lucknow. This time host won the toss and decided to bowl first. Sri Lankan openers gave a decent start of 67 runs but man with golden arm R.Jadeja dismissed dangerous looking Danushka Gunathilaka meanwhile Pathum Nissanka Showcased his class and played brilliant inning of 75 runs. Sri Lankan middle order once again exposed by Indian bowlers. Dasun Shanaka played some power hitting shots with his 47 runs in just 19 balls helped visitors to put good and decent total and gave the target of 184 to India. Harshal patel didn't had his day but Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah continued their form. As usual Yuzi chahal bowled cleverly.

The partnership of Rohit sharma and Ishan Kishan didn't last long like last innings Dushmanta Chameera gets Hitman on the second ball of Rohit. Last match finisher Shreyas come at no.3 and he started where he ended last inning and played crucial unbeaten inning of 74 runs. Ishan Kishan gets out this time very cheaply on L.Kumara.
